This year’s lineup features world premieres alongside beloved repertory works, emphasizing the cultural narratives woven into the fabric of contemporary dance. Matthew Westerby, the Artistic and Executive Director, highlights one standout piece titled Piers, which pays tribute to the vibrant gay scene present on the West Side piers during the 1970s and 80s.
