According to Jasmine, it was essential to create a haven during a time when many felt isolated and anxious. "People’s spirits were down, so I was like, ‘Let me create a place where people come in for good food, good vibes, good drinks,’” she explained. With its warm decor and inviting atmosphere, Jasmine’s Caribbean Cuisine became the only Caribbean restaurant in the bustling Times Square area, quickly becoming a local favorite.
